RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
DETERMINING THAT THERE SHALL BE A CASH
CONTRIBUTION OF $330,914 TOWARD THE COST
OF IMPROVEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 76-3
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has taken proceedings under the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and has ordered the acquisition and construction
of certain water system improvements for the benefit of Assessment District No.
76-3; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has heretofore announced its intention
to make a cash contribution toward the cost of said improvements; and
WHEREAS, a cash contribution from the San Marcos County Water District
toward the cost of the aforesaid improvements in the amount of $330,914 is a fair
and reasonable contributi on toward said costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be a cash contribution from the San Marcos
County Water District toward the cost of the aforesaid improvements in the amount
of $330,914.
SECTION 2. The amount of said cash contribution shall be deposited
in that special fund known as "Assessment District No. 76-3 Fund" in such install-
ments and at such times as determined most appropriate by the District Manager.

following roll call vote:
