RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING NESTE, BRUDIN &
STONE, INCORPORATED, AS THE ENGINEER OF
WORK IN CONNECTION WITH
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 76-3
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has need
for engineering services for and on behalf of the District for the
performance of all engineering work provided for under the Special
Assessment Investigation,Limitation and Majority Protest Act of
1931, the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915 in connection with proposed Assessment District
No. 76-3; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Neste, Brudin & Stone, Incorpo-
rated is competent to provide such services,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. The firm of Neste, Brudin & Stone, Incorpo-
rated be, and hereby is, appointed Engineer of Work for the purpose
of doing all necessary engineering work and for exercising all of
the functions provided for the office of Engineer of Work under the
Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest
Act of 1931, the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915, all in connection with the work for the proposed
assessment district to be designated Assessment District No. 76-3.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of July, 1978,
by the following roll call vote:
