RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DESIGNATING THE DISTRICT RE-
PRESENTATIVE TO AND MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT is a member agency of
the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY entitled to appoint a representative to'
serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER
AUTHORITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: The President of the Board, with the approval and
acquiescence of the Board of Directors, does hereby designate and appoint as
a member of the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHOR'ITY as a
representative of this District on said Board for the term of office prescribed
by law:

Section 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
provide a certified copy of this resolution to the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER
AUTHORITY.
