A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ORDERING THE
FILING AND RECORDING OF AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT
DIAGRAM TO DEPICT AMENDED ASSESSMENT NUMBERS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 76-1
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water District
by its Resolution #491. Cated October 16, 1978, ordered the filing and recordation
of the assessment diagram for Assessment District 76-1, and
WHEREAS, said assessment diagram was filed and recorded in Book 15,
Page 78-450235, on October 20, 1978, as required by Section 3114 and Section 10401
of the California Streets and Highways Code, and
WHEREAS, said assessment diagram contains assessment numbers being the
same numbers assigned by the San Diego County Assessor, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the San Marcos County Water District to
maintain a permanent number for each parcel in the Assessment District 76-1,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The San Marcos County Water District assessment numbers
shall be amended and a new numbering sequence shall be assigned to each parcel
with the assessment district.
Section 2. The Secretary of this District is hereby directed to file
and record said amended diagram depicting the amended assessment numbers as re-
quired by Sections 3114 and 10401 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
Section 3. The Engineer is hereby instructed to record, in his office,
the amended assessment diagram depicting the amended assessment numbers pursuant to
Section 10401 of the Streets and Highways Code.
