Reso 1653 11/2023RESOLUTION NO. 1653 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING THE ANNUAL PAY SCHEDULE WITH TWO POSITION RECLASSIFICATIONS FOR RISK MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS WHEREAS, to comply with CalPERS regulations, the Board is required to publicly approve a District pay schedule, and the District Pay Schedule has been amended; WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved authorized positions and position changes in the budget for Fiscal Year 2023/2024; WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to approve one title change and two position reclassifications: title change for the Senior Safety and Regulatory Specialist position to Senior Compliance and Regulatory Specialist; range change for the Senior Compliance and Regulatory Specialist; and, range change for the Operations and Maintenance Contract Coordinator position; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District as follows: DISTRICT PAY SCHEDULE. The Board of Directors does hereby approve and adopt the Vallecitos Water District Personnel Classification and Annual Pay Schedule reflecting the above noted changes, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
