RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
FOR THE SERVICES OF GLENN PRUIM
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim has served the Vallecitos Water District for seven years as the
General Manager since November, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim has been active and represented the District in numerous
organizations, associations, and committees within the water industry; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim has continually demonstrated a remarkable service ethic,
dedication, and transparency to the District, its employees, and customers, as well as the water
industry, and the community; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim supported personal and professional development of staff and has
motivated the workforce within the District with recognition, mentoring and advancing an effective
succession plan; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim supported staffs efforts in achieving the District's first ever AAA
Fitch Rating; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim supported staff's efforts in achieving District awards at the Federal,
State, and Local levels; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pruim has enhanced the reputation and standing of the District among the
water community by working collaboratively with fellow agencies and institutions for the benefit of the
region; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the services of Glenn
Pruim on behalf of the District be given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District does hereby extend its deep gratitude and appreciation to Glenn Pruim for his years of
dedicated service and does heartily extend best wishes that his retirement be characterized by
peace, prosperity, health, and longevity.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 2023 by the following roll call vote:
