A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTH-
ORIZING THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF AMENDED
ASSESSMENTS AND DIAGRAMS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
has heard evidence from staff members at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
concerning the necessity to process and file amended assessments and diagrams for
Assessment District in situations where property owners within the District have
accomplished a division of their property and filed parcel or subdivision maps of
such divisions; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the processing and filing of amended
assessments and diagrams in situations showing the division of parcels 6fsproperty
within the District has no effect other than to spread the assessment among the
succeeding property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The General Manager and the District Engineer of the SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT are authorized to process and file amended assessments and
diagrams in Assessment District when the amendment of the assessments and diagrams
is made to show a division of property by a former owner and spread of the assess- .
ment among the succeeding owners according to the parcel or subdivision map filed
as a result of the property division.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors of the SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on
September 2, 1980, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Holm, Mason, Waller, Mahr, Ferguson
