RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING A WATER CONSERVATION
PLAN (MARCH 1981)
WHEREAS, it is essential that a water conservation plan be
adopted for the San Diego region.
WHEREAS, it is essential that to accomplish water conservation
the member agencies of the San Diego County Water Authority adopt water
conservation plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, ORDER AND RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
CONSERVATION PLAN, dated March 1981, is hereby approved and adopted
as the water conservation plan for this District.
Section 2. The General Manager of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to implement the Water
Conservation Plan as part of the regional conservation effort.
Section 3. The General Manager/Secretary of the SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to
provide a certified copy of this Resolution to the SAN DIEGO COUNTY
WATER AUTHORITY.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT held on May 15, 1981,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Holm, Mason, Waller, Mahr, Ferguson
