RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES TO ASSESSMENTS PRE-
VIOUSLY CONFIRMED AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE
THEREOF BE PROVIDED IN THE MATTER OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 76-2 (MT. WHITNEY)
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has by its Resolution No. 579, made
certain determinations, confirmed assessments and proceedings, and ordered
- proposed improvements in the matter of Assessment District No. 76-2 (Mount Whitney);
and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Resolution No. 579, the
Engineer of Work has recommended certain changes to be made in the assessment
as confirmed by said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors wishes to effect certain of said
changes as recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. This Board of Directors hereby declares its intention
to consider changes to the assessments heretofore confirmed by Resolution No. 579
and specifically to consider increasing the assessments of the following parcel
numbers as indicated:

SECTION 2. February 17, 1981 at the hour of 3:00 o'clock p.m.
in the meeting place of the Board of Directors of this District, 788 San Marcos
Boulevard, San Marcos, California, are hereby declared to be the time and place
at which this Board of Directors will hear and consider all protests and objec-
tions to the above described proposed changes in assessments.

SECTION 3. The Secretary of the District hereby is authorized
and directed to publish a copy of this Resolution at least once in THE SAN MARCOS
OUTLOOK and to mail notice of said hearing to the owners of the parcels referred
to hereinabove.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January, 1981, by the
