RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
BANK OF AMERICA AS THE DISTRICT'S PAYING,
REGISTERING, AND TRANSFERRING AGENT FOR
ALL GENERAL OBLIGATION AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT BONDS
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has
heretofore appointed California First Bank as the District's
Paying Agent for all General Obligation and Assessment District
Bonds;
WHEREAS, effective October 1, 1986, California First
Bank will no longer provide the necessary paying services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The San Marcos County Water District
does hereby appoint the Bank of America as the Paying,
Registering, and Transferring agent for the payment of
principle and interest for General Obligation and Assessment
District bonds of the San Marcos County Water District,
effective October 1, 1986.
Section 2: The Secretary of the San Marcos
County Water District is hereby authorized and directed to
provide the Bank of America with a certified copy of this
Resolution.
Section 3: The President and Secretary are
hereby authorized and directed to sign any and all documents to
implement this Resolution.
