RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT ELECTING TO HAVE SEWER SERVICE
FEES FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT "A" FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1986 to JUNE 30, 1987
COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT hereby elects to have its
sewer service fees for Improvement District "N', as prescribed by Ordinance
No. 47-6, for the fiscal year July 1, 1986 to June 30, 1987 collected on the
tax roll in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the smm~ t{m~ as,
together with and not separate from, general taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
DISTRICT DOES H~REBY FIND, DEI'~RMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: A written report shall be prepared and filed with the
Secretary of this District, which shall contain a description of each parcel
of real property in Improvement District "~' receiving sewer service and the
~mnunt of the sewer service fee for each parcel for said fiscal year, computed
in conformity with the sewer service fees prescribed by Ordinance No. 47-6.
The Secretary of this District is authorized and directed to prepare and cause
notices to be mailed and published in the form and mmnner prescribed by law.
Section 2: August 4, 1986, at the hour of 3:30 p.m., at the
office of the District, 788 W. San Marcos Boulevard, San Marcos, California,
is fixed as the time and place for the hearing required by law.
Section 3: Sewer service fees for properties that connect to the
District's sewer system after the foregoing Report is prepared, or properties
connected to the system that are not included in the Report for any reason,
shall be billed to the property owners directly by SAN MARCOS COUNTY WAT~{
DISTRICT in accordance with rules and regulations established by Ordinance of
the District.

Section 4: Sewer service fees for properties that are not on the
tax roll shall be billed to the property owners directly by SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISIRICT in accordance with rules and regulations established by
Ordinance of the District.
Section 5: Sewer service fees for the fiscal year July 1, 1986
to June 30, 1987 may be paid directly to SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT in
advance on or before August 1, 1986, and each calendar year thereafter.
Section 6: This Resolution is adopted pursuant to Health and
Safety Code Section 5473, is effective immediately upon its adoption, and its
provisions shall supersede any conflicting provisions of existing ordinances,
resolutions, rules, or regulations of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of tha Board of Directors of
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT held this 7th day of July, 1986, by the
following roll call vote:
