RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DIS-
TRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 614
AND APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT
(Green Easement - Ref. No. 037)
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DIS-
TRICT did by Resolution No. 614 authorize and direct the condemnation of real
property situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, referred
to as the Green Easement - Reference No. 037; and
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached with the owners of the said
real property and an easement has been granted by the owners to the SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has determined that the easement is
sufficient for the purposes of the District in construction of water trans-
mission facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The easement granted by ALBERT R. GREEN and MARY E.
GREEN on September 5, 1981, to the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT is ap-
proved and recording of the easement is authorized.
Section 3: Resolution No. 614 entitled "Resolution of the Board
of Directors of the San Marcos County Water District Authorizing and Direct-
ing the Condemnation of Certain Real Property Situated in the County of San
Diego, State of California (Green Easement - Reference No. 037)" is rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of the SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT on September 17 , 1981, by
the following roll call vote:
