RESOLUTION NO. 603
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAM MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 550, AS PREVIOUSLY
AMENDED, THE RESOLUTION OF INTENTION IN CON-
NECTION WITH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 76-2
(MT. WHITNEY)
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District has heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 550 entitled
"Resolution of the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District, Declaring its Intention'to Order the Acquisition of
Certain Property and the Construction of Certain Improvements and
to Form Assessment District No. 76-2 (Mt. Whitney)"; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has also heretofore adopted
its Resolution No. 572 entitled "A Resolution of the Board of
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District, California,
Amending Resolution No. 550, The Resolution of Intention, and
Declaring the Intention of the Board to Conduct a Public Hearing
in Connection with Assessment District No. 76-2 (Mt. Whitney)": and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8650.1 and
10352 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
this Board of Directors wishes to provide that the principal amount
of bonds to be issued for Assessment District No. 76-2 shall be
other than an amount equal to an even annual proportion of the
aggregate principal of said bonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District HEREBY DOES FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND
ORDER that the aforesaid Resolution No. 550, as amended by
Resolution No. 572, hereby is further amended to provide that the
principal amount of bonds for Assessment District No. 76-2 maturing
in each year shall be as follows:
