RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
FOR THE SERVICES OF DANNY L. MAYBERRY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District regrets the retirement of
DANNY L. MAYBERRY; and
WHEREAS, DANNY L. MAYBERRY has served the Vallecitos Water District for more than
16 years beginning in April1988 as a Utility I and serving through the years as a Water System
Worker l, Water System Worker II, Meter Services Worker I, Meter Services Worker II, Water Service
Worker II, Collection System Worker II, Accounts Specialist I, Accounts Specialist II, and Facilities
Maintenance Worker; and
WHEREAS, DANNY L. MAYBERRY served the District for those 16 years with great skill and
devotion, demonstrating his ability to work with customers and other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, DANNY L. MAYBERRY has performed a wide range of duties in support of
District activities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the services of DANNY
L. MAYBERRY on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District, on behalf of themselves,
the management and personnel of the District, and the citizens of the District, does hereby express
its appreciation for the very valuable and professional work performed by DANNY L. MAYBERRY.
SECTION 2. The contribution, diligent efforts, selfless service of DANNY L. MAYBERRY on
behalf of this District and his devoted loyalty are hereby commended as part of the permanent
records of the Vallecitos Water District.
SECTION 3. The Board of Directors, staff, and employees of the District, collectively and
individually, wish DANNY L. MAYBERRY the best fortune in his future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of May 2004 by the following roll carl vote:
