RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DECLARING CANDIDATES ELECTED
TO THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT
Pursuant to Section 23554 of the Elections Code of the
State of California, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District, pursuant to the canvass and the statement
of the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Diego, State of
California, does hereby determine and declare the election of
OBY BLANCHARD, SCOTT J. DOW, JR., and GEORGE D. DUTTON as
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District for the term
prescribed by law, commencing on the last Friday of November 1971.
The President and the Secretary are hereby authorized
and directed to prepare and file with the Secretary of State of
the State of California the statement of election results required
by Section 23554 of the Elections Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District duly held on
December 6, 1971, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: BLANCHARD, DOW, MAHR, DUTTON AND
VANDERBECK
NOES: Directors: NONE
ABSTAIN: Directors: NONE
ABSENT: Directors: NONE
