THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT AUTHORIZING PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY TO EX-
ECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE WATER RESOURCES
CONTROL BOARD AND THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WITH RESPECT TO OPERATION OF A TRAINING FACILITY FOR
TREATMENT AND RECLAMATION METHODS.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District that the President and Secretary are authorized
to sign the proposed agreement, a copy of which is attached as
Exhibit "A".
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 6th day of July, 1971, by the
following roll call vote:
