RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING STEPHEN G. KILDOO TO SERVE ON THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS, DIVISION 1, UNTIL THE NEXT
DISTRICT GENERAL ELECTION IN NOVEMBER 2004
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District, Division 1, for the office formerly held by Dale Mason; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code section 1780, the Board of Directors may
appoint a director to fill the vacancy for Division 1 until the next District election in 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District does
hereby resolve, find, determine, and order as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to section 1780 of the Government Code, the Board of
Directors of the Vallecitos Water District hereby appoints Stephen G. Kildoo to serve as a
member of the Board of Directors for Division 1 until the next District general election in
2004.
Section 2: The Secretary of the Vallecitos Water District is hereby directed to deliver
forthwith one (1) certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of San Diego.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Valiecitos
Water District at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 2004 by the following roll
call vote:
