RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TER-
RITORY TO LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District, that consent is hereby given to
the annexation of the territory described in Exhibit "A" to the
Leucadia County Water District.
Consent is hereby given for the express purpose of
allowing Leucadia County Water District to provide sewer service
and facilities to said territory.
Secretary shall provide all interested persons and
agencies with a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1970,
by the following roll call vote:

and Blanchard

Those portions of Sections 19 and 30, T12S, R3W, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, according to the official plat thereof on file
in the Office of the County Recorder, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 19, thence
North 0°52'44'' East along the Westerly line of said Section 19,
a distance of 1337.51 feet; thence North 89°46'50" West along
the North line of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
19, a distance of 1836.33 feet; thence leaving said Northerly
line South 18°12'00'' West, a distance of 835.13 feet to the
beginning of a tangent 300.00 foot radius curve; thence South-
westerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 39°25'29,,, a distance of 206.43 feet to the beginning of a
tangent 1000.00 foot radius curve, thence Southeasterly along
the arc of said curve through a central angle 14°32'01'', a
distance of 253.66 feet; thence leaving said curve South 17°15'
30" East, a distance of 236.23 feet to the beginning of a
tangent 1500.00 foot radius curve; thence Southerly along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of 38~46'00'', a distance
of 1014.91 feet; thence leaving said curve South 20~55'30'' West,
a distance of 3314.91 feet to the beginning of a tangent 1000.00
foot radius curve; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said
curve through a central angle of 12~22'34'', a distance of 216.00
feet; thence leaving said curve North 64°13'44" West, a distance
of 449.68 feet; thence North 0~51'37'' East, a distance of 4165.08
feet TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel of land containing 169.58 acres, more or less.
