RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT LOOKING
WITH FAVOR ON THE ANNEXATION OF THE
TERRITORY KNOWN AS LA COSTA MEADOWS TO
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District, that in order to provide for the
orderly development within an area known as La Costa Meadows,
and more particularily described in Exhibit "A", does hereby,
look with favor on the annexation of said territory to the San
Marcos County Water District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1970,
by the following roll call vote:

and Blanchard

A portion of Government Lot No. 2 in Section 30, Township 12 South,
Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, according to the Official
plat thereof on file in the Office of the County Recorder, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Government Lot No. 2,
thence Easterly along the North line of said Government Lot No. 2,
North 89°45'22'' East, a distance of 1590.53 feet; thence leaving
said North line South 20°55'30" West, a distance of 1398.53 feet;
thence North 69e04'30" West, a distance of 42.00 feet to the
beginning of a 1330.00 foot radius curve, a radial line to said
point bears South 20e 55' 30" West, thence Northwesterly along
the arc of said 1330.00 foot radius curve through a central angle
of 40° 29' 30" a distance of 939.93 feet; thence North 28°35'00''
