RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
TWO REPRESENTATIVES TO THE JOINT ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District is a
party to the contracts providing for the ownership, operation
and maintenance of the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District does hereby appoint, STANLEY A. MAHR AND
JAMES F. McKAY, as their representatives to the Joint Advisory
Committee. Terms of office shall be for two years, ending
December 31, 1972.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1970,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Dutton, Vanderbeck, Dow, Mahr and
Blanchard
NOES: Directors: None
ABSENT: Directors: None
