RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT SUPPORTING HR 4389
(AUTHORIZING THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION TO CONSTRUCT
THE SANTA MARGARITA CONJUNCTIVE USE PROJECT FOR
FALLBROOK PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AND CAMP PENDLETON)
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District is a local public agency of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, new sources of water at reduced costs are important to the California
water community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District that:
Vallecitos Water District supports HR 4389, Conjunctive Use Project,
between UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS, Camp Pendleton Marine Base
and FALLBROOK PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT to develop a new source of
water at reduced costs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
at a regular meeting held on this 7th day of July, 2004, by the following roll call vote:
