RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHOR-
IZING AND DIRECTING THE TREASURER TO EXECUTE
A "CONTRACT FOR DEPOSIT OF MONIES" WITH
SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK, BANK OF
AMERICA, AND SAN DIEGO TRUST AND SAVINGS
BANK
WHEREAS, there have been recent changes to the law
relating to LOCAL AGENCY DEPOSITS OF PUBLIC MONEYS (Government
Code Section 53630 et seq.) which becomes effective on July 1,
1970; and
WHEREAS, said changes necessitate the execution of
new contracts and agreements between the Treasurer of the
District and the Depository.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER, as follows:
Section 1. The Treasurer of the District is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a "Contract for the Deposit
of Monies" with each of the following Depositories, viz:
Security Pacific National Bank; Bank of America; and San Diego
Turst and Savings Bank.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 6th day of July,
1970, by the following roll call vote.
