RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OFFICIAL STATE-
MENT FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 75-1,
NORTH TWIN OAKS
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Official
Statement prepared by Stone & Youngberg Municipal Financing Consul-
tants, Inc., presented to this Board of Directors, on this date,
which Official Statement is to be mailed to prospective bidders
for the bonds of San Marcos County Water District, Assessment
District No. 75-1, North Twin Oaks, in the amount of $2,945,000,
is hereby approved in substantially the form presented. It is the
understanding of this Board that Stone & Youngberg Municipal Fin-
ancing Consultants, Inc., the Bond Counsel, the Attorney for the
District and the officers of the District will make such additions
and corrections thereon as may be necessary to bring this Official
Statement up-to-date prior to mailing.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 28th day of July, 1976.
