RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE GENERAL
MANAGER TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS
Assessment District No. 75-1 (North Twin Oaks)
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District contemplates
certain construction consisting generally of certain waterworks
system improvements in the District pursuant to the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5012.5 of the Street and
Highways Code, this Board must appoint a person to perform the
duties of Superintendent of Streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the General Manager
of the District be and he is hereby appointed to perform the
duties of the Superintendent of Streets for Assessment District
No. 75-1, North Twin Oaks.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July, 1976.
