RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FIX-
ING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REGARDING
INCREASE IN CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
Assessment District No. 75-1 North Twin Oaks
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 420, this Board of Directors ap-
proved a Report prepared by the Engineer of Work under and pursuant
to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and in
particular Sections 10203 and 10204 of the California Streets and
Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 421, this Board of Directors ap-
proved plans and specifications for Assessment District No. 75-1
and authorized submission therefor for bid; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to submittal of said bids it has been
determined that the cost of construction is in excess of that
estimated in said Report; and
WHEREAS, Sections 10352 and 10353 of the California Streets
and Highways Code require noticed hearing in the case of increased
assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District does HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the Engineer of Work is hereby directed to
make the necessary changes in the Report reflecting the estimated
changes in assessments, which changes in assessments are attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. That July 28, 1976, at 3:00 o'clock p.m.
at the meeting place of this Board of Directors, to wit, in the
offices of the District, 788 San Marcos Boulevard, San Marcos,
California, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing
objections to the proposed changes.
Section 3. That any interested person may file written
objection to the proposed changes with the Secretary of the
District at any time not later than the time set for said hearing.
Section 4. That said Secretary of the District shall cause
a copy of this Resolution No. 426 to be published in the San
Marcos Outlook, a newspaper of general circulation, published
within the District pursuant to Section 6061 of the Government
Code, at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing.
Section 5. That said Secretary of the District shall also
mail, postage prepaid, a copy of said Resolution No. 426 to all
persons whose assessments are increased whose names and addresses
appear on the last equalized assessment roll, or as known to
said Secretary.
Section 6. That said Resolution shall be published and
mailed pursuant to Sections 10353 and 10354 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
