RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
FOR THE SERVICES OF MARY D. CLINKSCALES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District regrets the retirement of
MARY D. CLINKSCALES; and
WHEREAS, MARY D. CLINKSCALES has served the Vallecitos Water District for 19½ years
beginning in February, 1985 as an Office Manager/Controller and serving through the years as the
Assistant General Manager; and
WHEREAS, MARY D. CLINKSCALES served the District for 19½ years with great skill and
devotion, demonstrating her ability to work with customers and other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, MARY D. CLINKSCALES has performed a wide range of duties in support of
District activities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the services of MARY
D. CLINKSCALES on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors ofthe Vallecitos Water District, on behalf of themselves,
the management and personnel of the District, and the citizens of the District, does hereby express
its appreciation for the very valuable and professional work performed by MARY D. CLINKSCALES.
SECTION 2. The contribution, diligent efforts, selfless service of MARY D. CLINKSCALES
on behalf of this District and her devoted loyalty are hereby commended as part of the permanent
records of the Vallecitos Water District.
SECTION 3. The Board of Directors, staff, and employees of the District, collectively and
individually, wish MARY D. CLINKSCALES the best fortune in her future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on the 1s~ day of September, 2004 by the following roll call vote:
