RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, George D. Dutton has been a Director of the .San
Marcos County Water District for eight years, and
WHEREAS, George Dutton has served as Director with loyalty
and dedication, and
WHEREAS, George Dutton throughout these years has been
staunchly consistent in his willingness to work with and for
the best interest of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District does commend George Dutton
for his many contributions and services during the past eight
years at the District as Director.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this commendation be made part
of the permanent records of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District at a regular meeting held this 17th
day of November 1975.
