RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Wayne Lee has installed sewer facilities for the
benefit of the San Marcos County Water District, and
WHEREAS, Wayne Lee has installed surplus capacity for the
benefit of the adjoining lands, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the San Marcos County Water
District to require said benefitted lands to pay their pro-rated
share of costs of said facilities when connected,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Marcos County
Water District to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement in accordance
with Ordinance No. 51 and Ordinance No. 52.
The effective date of the agreement to be December 9, 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1976, by the
following roll call vote:
