RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING THE REIMBURSEMENT AND ACQUISITION AGREE-
MENT WITH EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 6, 1975 FOR THE
SOLEDAD [GOLDEN DOOR] SEWER LINE
WHEREAS, the Soledad [Golden Door] sewer line has been
completed by DEBORAH MAZZANTI
WHEREAS, DEBORAH MAZZANTI has complied with the condi-
tions for execution of a Reimbursement and Acquisition Agreement
by the District and has signed the agreement with the effective
date of October 6, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The President and Secretary of the Board of
Directors are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Reimburse-
ment and Acquisition Agreement with effective date of October 6, 1975
for the Soledad sewer line with DEBORAH MAZZANTI.
Section 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed
to provide DEBORAH MAZZANTI an executed duplicate original of the
agreement and a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Board of Directors held on October 6, 1975 by the following roll call
vote:
