RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
NESTE, BRUDIN & STONE, INC. AS THE ENGINEER
OF WORK FOR ASSESSFENT DISTRICT NO. 75-1
[North Twin Oaks]
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has
need for engineering services for and on behalf of the District
and, in particular, to perform all engineering work provided for
under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915; and,
WHEREAS, the firm known as Neste, Brudin & Stone, Inc.
has provided engineering services to the District and can perform
engineering work as provided for under said acts,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
The firm of Neste, Brudin & Stone, Inc. be and is
hereby appointed Engineer of Work for the purpose of doing all
necessary engineering work and for exercising all of the functions
provided for the office of Engineer of Work under the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
all in connection with the work for the proposed assessment
district to be designated Assessment District No. 75-1.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of August,
1975.
