RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ESTABLISHING
FEES TO BE COLLECTED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
SEWER LATERALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District has reviewed the cost of material and labor for the
installation of sewer service laterals, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it necessary, in
the interests of the District as a whole, to increase said charges
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following charges
are established for the installation of sewer service laterals and
said charges shall be paid in advance of construction, as follows:
4" diameter, not to exceed 33' in length $275.00
6" diameter, not to exceed 33' in length 325.00
for those installations exceeding 33' in length a
charge for each foot or fraction in excess of 33'
will be as follows:
4" diameter for each foot or fraction $7.00
6" diameter for each foot or fraction 8.00
When in the best interests of the District, the District
Manager or his appointed representative deems it adviseable for a
District approved contractor to make the lateral installation in
lieu of District forces and at no cost to the District, the following
inspection fees are to be collected in advance of construction.
4" diameter - $27.50 inspection fee
6" diameter - 32.50 inspection fee
This resolution sahll be in full force and effect on the
6th day of January, 1975.
