RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING
PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE THE SIXTH
SUPPLEMENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FOR
INTERIM EXPANSION OF ENCINA WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL FACILITY
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District is a party,
together with, Vista Sanitation District (Vista) a county sanitation
district whose governing board is the City Council of the City of
Vista, the City of Carlshad ("Carlsbad") a municipal corporation;
and Buena Sanitation District ("Buena"), a county sanitation district
whose governing board is the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County;
and
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District desires to
join with other agencies in the Phase II Expansion of the Encina
Water Pollution Control Facility,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District, authorize,
1. The President and Secretary to execute
the Sixth Supplement to Basic Agreement
to Provide for Interim Expansion of Encina
Water Pollution Control Facility, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, as Exhibit "A".
2. A copy of this Resolution be certified
and provided to each of the parties
above referred to.

the following roll call vote:
