RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
DIRECTOR HARRY B. KEEBAUGH
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT by virtue of the demise of Director
WILLIAM A. MICHEL on March 13, 1978,
WHEREAS, notices of the vacancy have been duly posted in
three (3) conspicuous places in the District for fifteen (15) days
or more as required by Section 1780 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: In accordance with Section 30504 of the Water
Code of the State of California and Section 1780 of the Government Code
of the State of California the following individual is hereby appointed
as a Member of the Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
to serve until the office is filled through the proceedings of the next
District general election (November 6, 1979): Harry B. Keebaugh.
Section 2: The Secretary/Assistant Secretary is hereby auth-
orized and directed to file a report (Roster of Public Agencies) with
the Secretary of State and Clerk of the County of San Diego pursuant
to the provisions of Section 53051 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of May, 1978, by
the following roll call vote:
