RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT DECLARING
ITS INTENT TO FILE FOR SMALL PROJECTS LOAN
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District desires to seek a loan under the Small Reclamation
Projects Act of 1956, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District intends to file a Notice of Intent to apply for
Federal Financing under the Small Reclamation Projects Act of 1956,
as amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Directors of San Marcos County Water District authorizes and directs
the Manager to file a Notice of Intent to apply for Federal Financing
under the Small Reclamation Projects Act of 1956, as amended.

1977, by the following roll call vote:
